In the lead up to the Mother Tongue Multilingual Poetry Night on Monday 13 August, spend an afternoon exploring writing and performing poetry in languages other than English - or a mix of languages!

You might speak another language as your first language or mother tongue. Maybe you are a language learner. But if you are interested in expressing yourself poetically, come for an afternoon of writing activities with a multilingual focus, and performance exercises to build your confidence and expression.
It is also a great opportunity meet other writers who are interested in the power of words beyond the limits of the English language.
